All seminar(s) fees must be paid in full at least 7 days before the seminar(s) unless other arrangements are made and confirmed in writing by Loves Data.

Cancellations

Seminar registration fees are non-refundable unless the seminar(s) is/are cancelled in which case a full refund of seminar fees paid or transfer to a future seminar of the same type and price will be offered. A registration can be transferred to another person within the terms and conditions of the seminar(s) at any time so long as; the name and contact details of the person being substituted, and written authorisation by the person or organisation responsible for the original registration and payment, are provided.

Transfers

Registrations transferred to a future seminar(s) up to 21 days before the seminar(s) will incur an administrative charge of 20% of the seminar(s) fee. Registrations transferred to a future seminar(s) up to 7 days before the seminar(s) will incur an administrative charge of 50% of the seminar(s) fee. Seminar(s) fees are otherwise non-refundable unless the seminar(s) are cancelled. Transfers to future seminars can only be made once, fees are otherwise non-refundable.
